Trainees Are in Transition to pave way for new Entrants.

The president, Nana
Akufo has already iterated during his tour to the Bono Region that NABCO
trainees under the 3 year contract who are bringing their service to an end in October
are in transition to pave way for new entrants.
This also comes after questionnaires
conducted to determine the permanent position of NABCO personnel was answered
by trainees determined that over 73,844 trainees out of 92,000 personnel were
willing to be fix in the public sector employed in their station in the various
modules under NABCO.
PERMANENT RECRUITMENT
The president has also
acknowledge that, unemployment rate is very worrying and the current NABCO
personnel will be ending their tenure to allow new graduates to have
opportunity to be employed in the program.
The president
reiterated that, the various modules will absorb the trainees into a permanent employment,
according to the following statistics Educate Ghana to employ 25,000 personnel,
Digital Ghana to employ 15,000, Enterprise Ghana to employ 5,500, Heal Ghana to
employ 2,900.
TRANSITION EXIT TRAINING
Trainees are therefore
edged to take the transition processes and transition training to bring the 3
year service to an end in October.
