NABCO SKILLS AND TALENT ACADEMY : HOW TO REGISTER AND START A COURSE
The NABCO Skills and Talent
Academy was launched by the president during the one year anniversary, held on
17th October, 2019. The portal for the online course was activated and
subsequent arrangements were provisioned instructing the various NABCO District
Coordinators to provide guidance training on how to approach the registration
of the NSTA.
The guidance training was successfully completed; trainees were
directed to create new Gmail account purposefully for the NSTA, which *NABTAG*
believes most trainees have created their credentials for the course.
The messages dispatched from NABCO regarding the NSTA is
notifying trainees on the activation of the portal for the commencement of the
online training. Trainees are expected to login to the portal via http://academy.nabco.gov.gh/ with
their credentials (being your NABCO number and password used for the Gmail
account set-up), and register for their preferred courses.
*Note:* Before you can register, you have to select a preferred
course and click on REGISTER to start the process.
About The NABCO Skills And
Talent Academy
The NABCO Skills And
Talent Academy is a NABCO intiative to provide specialist training opportunities
to add value to the basic qualifications of NABCO personnel to enable them to
transition seamlessly into permanent employment as part of their exit
arrangements.
It is to deliver the
requisite value-addition to the entry qualifications and competencies of all
trainees to make them both work ready and career-driven in their future
pursuits.
This is to address
concerns over the future of an estimated 100,000 NABCO beneficiaries who are
about to exit the NABCO programme.
The value-addition
aspect of NABCO programme is to be achieved through:

Guaranteed work
placement
·
Continuing training
and learning, as well as
·
Exposure to a range of
special projects; all aimed at enhancing the future employability of the
trainees.
The NABCO Skills And
Talent Academy (NSTA) is to deliver learning and human capital development
tools for skills; upskilling & reskilling of NABCO trainees in addition to
the trainee’s workplace practical skills acquired through the years of service.
The NABCO Skills And Talent
Academy (NSTA) would be of the following benefit to NABCO tranees :

It will lead to Retention of NABCO trainees as it will equip
them to seek employment with current NABCO employment provider or seek
employment elsewhere using the skills developed,

Assits NABCO trainees to pursue the establishment of a business.

Provide Further Learning: NABCO trainees to to lead

NABCO Skills And Talent Academy Registration Procedures
Here is the official registration procedures released by NABTAG:
1. Create a gmail account with your nabco referrence number e.g.
. *[email protected]*
2. Visit this website *www.iLearn.gov.in*
3. When the iLearn.gov.in portal opens click on *register/sign in*
4. Click on Google
5. Enter the gmail account you have created as the user name a and the password
you used in creating the gmail account.
6. You click on next to complete the registration
7. Visit the second website *www.academy.nabco.gov.gh*
8. On your far right corner click on *log in*
9. Enter your nabco reference number as the user name e.g. *nabcowredgoo233.*
and the password you use to login into the *nabco portal* as the password.
10. Click on log in. *Note: If you log in successful you will see your full
name at the far right corner.*
11. Select any of the courses displayed to begin to enroll
Detailed Nabco Skills And
Talent Academy Registration Procedures
1. To
begin the registration you will need a Gmail account created purposefully
for the NSTA which must have a username as your NABCO Reference Number. If you
are yet to Create a gmail account with your nabco referrence number e.g. . *[email protected]* follow
the guide below.

To create gmail account visit : myaccount.google.com and
click on “Create A Google” account below the page.

Afterwards the signup page shows for you to fill in the required details
such as your First Name, Last Name, Username and a password on the signup form. NOTE: The username
is supposed to be your NABCO Reference Number as shown in the example
below .

Afterwards accept the Terms and Condition on the page page by
Clicking on the Accept button to finish with the account creation.
You Have Successfully Created a gmail account to be used for the
registration on the NNSTA Page.

Visit this website *www.iLearn.gov.in*. When the iLearn.gov.in portal opens
click on the *register/sign in* label at the top right corner of the page.

Afterwards the registration page shows, Click on Google to
choose the type of account you want to use for the registration.
5.
Enter the gmail account you have created in step 1 as the
user name a and the password you used in creating the gmail account. Then click
on next to complete the registration.
6. Visit
the second website *www.academy.nabco.gov.gh*.
On the far right corner of the page click on *log in*.
7. Enter
your nabco referrence number as the user name e.g. *nabcowredgoo233.* and the
password you use to login into the *nabco portal* as the password. And Click on
log in. *Note: If you log in successful
you will see your full name at the far right corner.*

Choose from the list of courses Available Modules With The
Recommended Courses. From here you can start learning from the NSTA Platform.
Alternative Way To Register For The NABCO Skills And Talent
Academy
1. Visit
the the NABCO website *www.academy.nabco.gov.gh*. On the far right corner of
the page click on *log in* to login to your portal.
2. Enter
your nabco referrence number as the user name e.g. *nabcowredgoo233.* and the
password you use to login into the *nabco portal* as the password. And Click on
log in to login.
3. Choose
from the list of courses Available Modules With The Recommended Courses.
Select Your Module To Access Recommended Courses. Select A
Course Of Your Choice To Proceed To The Next Page.
4.
You will be redirecteed to the iLearn.gov.in portal where you
sign in.
5.
Afterwards the registration page shows, Click on Google to
choose the type of account you want to use for the registration.
6.
Enter the gmail account you have created in step 1 as the user
name a and the password you used in creating the gmail account. Then click on
next to complete the registration.
You
have successfully registered for a course.
